Everything was great, clean hotel, marvellous and super location in everything including the value for money. The staff was wonderful and fantastic and catered to our every need. The unit we got was comfortable with balcony as well as double bed;))

Every time we stay in Playa del Ingles, like to stay here. The hotel is modern and tidy, with peaceful location. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive and you can park your car nearby. Make sure to get apartment with washing machine, bathroom and a balcony. The rate is £ 71, satisfied.

There are good-sized and brand-new rooms with clean bathrooms.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its cleanliness, comfortable beds, and well-equipped rooms. The complimentary breakfast and the welcoming gifts of mineral water and wine were lovely touches. The staff, including the Manager, were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and polite. We were allowed a late checkout without any extra charge, which was very convenient for our late flight. The pool was clean and inviting, with plenty of sun loungers available. We would definitely recommend the Atlantic Sun Beach for a brilliant stay.

We felt completely at ease and had no complaints during our stay.

Our apartment included an electronic key card, coffee/tea making facilities and satellite TV. The staff was wonderful and approaching, everything was great.

Small apartment complex located towards the Maspalomas end (nicest part) of Playa del Ingles in a pretty, quiet enclave just a few minutes' walk from the beach. Apartment was small but adequate, modern with a nice balcony. We had the pool pretty much to ourselves and there was a lovely south-facing sun terrace by the pool.

We had a problem with ants in the kitchen, even though we were careful not to leave food out. Our main gripe, however, was the fact that not a single person in the complex speaks a word of English, which is a bit bizarre considering this is Tourist Central. On our second day, the cleaning woman informed us (in Spanish, so we had to play charades!) that we had to pay in cash, despite our Booked.net reservation stating that the premises takes credit cards. Not a major issue, but this should not have happened. The towels were changed every other day, and the cleaning service was minimal at best. There was a €15 charge for the safe which I felt was excessive.

My room was both newly remodelled and spotless with a balcony, a separate bedroom, for example. The food provided for breakfast was fine.

Tbh, had a GREAT stay on my vacation. The staff were all amazingly nice, and the room was spotless and airy with a balcony. I loved an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and air conditioner.

Peaceful small hotel for 10 nights in Playa del Ingles. Airy and absolutely perfect units with a balcony, a separate bedroom, as for instance. A wide range of nice food at breakfast time.

Clean rooms and spacious accommodations. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access popular areas like the Yumbo shopping center and the dunes. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any issues or concerns. The pool area is a pleasant spot to relax, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

The limited availability of staff made it difficult to get in touch or receive assistance when needed. The pool area felt cramped, and the 11:00 AM check-out time was too early, leaving guests with no place to store their bags after staff finished for the day.

This place isn't for everyone, though for me it was fantastic. The place consists of a small block of 15 apartments, owned and run by a Spanish family, generally for Spanish and German visitors and English is not really spoken; this does mean you don't get hassled :-) Although basic, the apartments had the essentials, including a balcony and were spotlessly clean. The location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk from the Yumbo centre, it was very, very quiet (I have trouble sleeping so this was really appreciated!). If you just need a quiet, comfortable, clean place to stay I can't recommend this place enough! Despite what Booked.net says - i stayed in the apartment by myself (not as a couple).

It would have been good to know in advance that payment could only be made in cash (not by card)
